It was during a plant diet in Peru, in 2018, that Sara was graced with her first medicine songs.

Sara’s voice has unquestionably become more robust and resonant as she continues to mature in her profound connection with sacred plants and the ethereal spirits of nature.

It was, however, in the solitude of 2021's lock-down that she truly began to explore the depths of her instrument - her beloved guitar, affectionately named "Fantasy". To this very day, she doesn’t know the names of any notes or chords emanating from it. Every melody Sara offers was borne purely from her intuitive connection with her instrument.

Singing predominantly in Portuguese, she weaves a tapestry of indigenous sounds that she has learned from Amazonian tribes. Her lyrics carry an extraordinary intricacy and complexity, whispering the mysteries of the natural world and reminding us that we are part of a universe far grander than ourselves.

In August 2023, Sara held her first live concert, featuring exclusively her original songs. She is currently working on the recording of her debut medicine music album, with hopeful plans for its release in 2025.
